Important Update...

Unfortunately, we have found that we are having more problems then suspected with communications through our Verizon accounts. Today we found that phone calls have not reached us either. We have actually recieved 35 phone calls in our mailbox today that were all from July. These were calls made to our 301-596-8858 phone number. We do not know at this time if there were more calls that we have missed.

Please know that it was not our intention to not return your messages. We value all of our customers and know that we can not be successful without you!

As far as we can tell, the problems were all in July. We believe our communications are back in order at this time.

We will continue to look into this problem. We appologize for any inconveniences this may have caused you.

We have been having some problems with our Verizon/MSN connections and may have missed some of your correspondence. We hope that you contact us again if you feel that you may be a part of this issue. We appologize for the inconvenience.
